I’m Ashlee, I manage Next Stop Employment - a home based business I created from my passion to see others succeed. Along with this business I also juggle motherhood and family life.
I began my recruitment career in 2008 and worked for several internal HR teams, government agencies and recruitment firms in account management and senior consultancy roles. Recruitment is so so rewarding and I absolutely loved the opportunity it gave me to help others achieve their goals.
In 2016 I began maternity leave with my first child. The thought of returning to a 9-5 role wasn’t an option for me - but i needed to fulfill my creative outlet with something I really cared about that enriched my life.
I wanted that flexibility to work from home and not miss out on those important milestones - and that’s when the idea of Next Stop Employment came about. I knew the may barriers job seekers faced and whole heartedly wanted to assist them in anyway I could.
What I offer
Fast forward to 2019 and I offer a range of employment based services including resume writing and coaching. I also assist small businesses with their administrative tasks and I am currently in the creating phase of producing short courses and EBooks.
I absolutely love seeing women achieve their professional and career related goals and being a small part of their success is incredibly rewarding.
